Friday Open Studio Class (Oct-Nov)

This 4-week Friday class (10/31–11/21) is perfect for independent young artists! Open to 2nd–8th grade students, this open studio format allows students to bring their own ideas to life while choosing the medium and project that excites them most. With access to a variety of materials, students will have the freedom to explore and create at their own pace in a supportive environment.

Includes a 10-minute snack break (students bring their own snack)

Important information:

  • Session dates: 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21

  • Time: 3:40-4:40pm

  • Location: Art Room at Lighthouse Christian School

  • Cost: $65 total for 4 classes (about $15 per class, includes all materials).

  • Pick up procedures: Call the front desk at pick-up. They will notify the Art Room, and I’ll dismiss your student to the office. For LCS students, late pick-ups will be sent to after-school care and the daily fee will apply. All communication should go through the front desk.

  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.

  • Attendance: Students are expected to attend all classes in the session. Missed classes will not be refunded.

  • Behavior: My goal is to maintain a fun, creative, and respectful environment for all students. If a student repeatedly disrupts the class, they may be dismissed and not allowed to register for future sessions.

  • Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or if a student is dismissed due to behavior.
